KLIM - Content Production

Having embarked on a journey in 2014, I left my media career in Istanbul, Turkey to traverse the globe on a motorcycle and get away from the ordinary after 14 years in the media industry. Throughout my journey, I collaborated with brands such as KLIM, providing them with professional visual content in exchange for their support in riding gear.
This partnership continued for four years, fostering a symbiotic relationship. In 2018, I transitioned to working directly at KLIM at their Idaho headquarters, seamlessly blending my passion for adventure with my professional expertise until 2024 when I decided to chart my course and start RED YAK.
RED YAK still works with KLIM to produce their seasonal motorcycle content.
The Mission
Once I officially started working for KLIM, I had the opportunity to create a team for all content production activities. Between 2018 to 2024, me and my team traveled domestically and overseas to Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Turkey, Romania, Switzerland, France, Italy, and the Canary Islands for KLIM projects.
The mission was simple; capture authentic imagery for all segments of motorcycling.
These projects would cover still images for upcoming products, vertical format videos for social media stories, and horizontal videos for product walkthroughs or hype videos.
Below, you can check examples of different types of content I have produced at KLIM both for motorcycle and snow segments during my 5-and-a-half-year employment.
Creating compelling Powersports content requires more than just technical knowledge or a keen marketing sense; it necessitates a genuine passion and first-hand experience in the world of Powersports. When content is crafted by creatives who are themselves riders, the authenticity shines through, captivating and engaging the audience on a much deeper level. Riding on top of a Volcano
We rode through the jungles of Guatemala, over waterfalls, to the Pacific Ocean, riding as many off-road trails as we could, leading us to the ultimate goal of riding two volcanoes: Volcan Pacaya and Volcan Acatenango. From the chaos of Guatemala City, to the culture of Antigua, to the gnarly jungles and volcanic terrain, Guatemala is an enduro travel paradise.
Diverse Landscapes
From the rugged Taurus Mountains, to central deserts and towering cliffs, to northern forests, Turkey is an adventure riding paradise. We took an opportunity to explore the vast country, overcoming challenges that all adventure riders face at some point. Follow along as our small group immerses into the unique terrain rich with history, culture and new experiences.
